Stephanie Sanzo – When the kids aren’t at school I don’t get to train. (Weekends) This is hard for me because my training dictates how I fuel my body. So to not train or work and be at home, I’m open to temptation. I find myself picking, eating when bored and even smashing the kids left overs. (Well depending what it is.) Below are 5 tips to help you control that appetite when stuck at home. 1. Eat meals with loads of veggies the fiber will help fill you up. I like steamed broccoli, cauliflower and green beans. Tastes good with apple cider vinegar 2. Drink lots of water, warm Lemon Water and Herbal teas. 3. When still hungry , grab a big bowl of chopped up carrots | water loaded veggies such as capsicum and celery. Chew slowly haha 4. Meal prep for the next day or clean out the fridge (stay busy) 5. Sticky notes
