Do Fitness Models Have Cellulite?

Do fitness models have cellulite?

Everyone’s fat can solidify into those nasty modules, regardless of their fitness level.

The odds of it increase with the amount of body fat they have.

Perhaps. However, if you’ve lost weight, the gradual elimination of fat will reveal the cellulite the layers of fat were hiding.

I never would have thought of losing weight as creating a beauty hazard.

That’s why even thin older women shop for cellulite reducing cream.

Do those creams work?

They may soften the tissue for a while, making cellulite less noticeable for a while.

I was asking about a long term solution.

There are plastic surgeons who could remove them, but then you get scars. There are some who promise to break it up with sonar or ultrasound, but I don’t know how reliable that is.

What else would hide the cellulite?

Other than gaining ten pounds of padding? Pants.

So that’s why a lot of fit women wear yoga pants. It shows the form without showing those particular curves.

I would say more like knotted blob than considering cellulite another curve, but yeah, that works.

Why would I get cellulite in the first place?

While the soft tissues around the arms and face tend to sag over time, fat joins forces and hardens up into cellulite. Don’t be upset, since around 90% of women get it.

Will I lose the cellulite if I lose the fat?

Some of it, yes, but not all of it. You could end up with very pronounced muscles with that stubborn 1% dimpling the skin.

Do I really have to go that low?

If you get body fat down to 10%, the cellulite in theory will go away. Just don’t starve yourself such that the weight blasts back when you resume a normal diet.
