MY FITNESS ROUTINE + DIET

Easy ways to get fit for spring break and summer! This is my fitness routine and an overview of things I eat to keep my body looking lean, tight, and toned! ***LINKS TO WORKOUT VIDS I USE DOWN BELOW**. If you take my advice you WILL feel so much healthier AND you will see results. I have never felt more fit and healthy in my entire life than I do right now. This is by far the easiest and most enjoyable way to lose weight (if that’s your goal) and not only that but it is SUSTAINABLE long term! After a few weeks of eating healthy and exercising AT LEAST 3-4 times per week (cardio specifically if you’re trying to lose body fat and weight) you will get used to being in a routine and you’ll realize you’ve been living your life wrong. I’m serious it’s amazing what healthy eating and exercise can do for your self esteem and mental health. DONT FORGET that having a fit looking body is 80 percent diet and 20 percent exercise.
