By doing the shoulder exercises and shoulder mobility you will heal shoulder pain. They can also help with rotator cuff injury.

If you experience shoulder pain while doing these shoulder exercises please back off on the range of motion used and gradually build up shoulder mobility in order to get rid of shoulder pain.
