GROCERY HAUL + MEAL PREP (Breakfast, Dinner + Dessert Prep!) ++ How I’m Changing My Meal Prep Game!

?Pancake Bake:
2 cups pancake mix
1 3/4 cup water
1 cup blueberries
*Bake at 350 degrees for 12-16 minutes (or until baked!)

?One Pan Pasta:

Meatballs:
1lb 99% ground turkey
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
4 tbl bolthouse farms dressing of choice

*Roll into 15 meatballs

*On a stove top
Cool chopped onion and meatballs
Add mushrooms when meatballs are cooked through. Once mushrooms have released their water add 1 can crushed Italian seasoned can tomatoes and 8oz cooked pasta.
Add 6oz fat free cream cheese
*Let pasta simmer and cream cheese melt.
*Makes 6 servings
