Addressing My Eating Disorder | Minimalist Upper Body Workout & Go-To Dinner Recipe

Good morning everyone! Today I take you through my entire day and share with you guys my eating disorder story. In this video I talk about how small things I do to stay motivated and happy everyday. It’s all about developing a positive mind set!

Also included is a full in depth minimalist upper body workout that you can use if you’re not able to spend much time in the gym. Of course, you guys know we had to follow the workout up with some post workout Tim Hortons limited edition Dream Donuts for a taste test 😉

Later on, we’re in the kitchen cooking up my go-to dinner recipe lately! A warm root vegetable salad with a tahini dressing. A great and healthy low calorie recipe you can use no matter your goals.
