Creamy garlic butter chicken
Ingredients
1. Chicken 400 gm
2. Garlic powder 1 tsp
3. Paprika powder 1tsp
4. Black pepper powder 1tsp
5. Salt to taste
6. Oil ¼ th cup
7. Butter 2 tbsp
8. Onion ½ cup
9. Garlic 6/7 cloves
10. Chicken stock 1 cup
11. Heavy Cream ½ cup
12. Oregano powder ¼th tsp
13. Parsley for garnish
Procedure
Step 1
• Dry the chicken pcs
Step 2
• Add 1 tsp garlic powder, 1tsp paprika powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder and salt to taste
• Rub all the spices on chicken pcs
• Marinate for 30 minute
Step 3
• In a pan add ¼th cup oil
• Add marinated chicken pcs
• Sear both sides of chicken pcs for 5- 8 minutes on medium heat
• Remove chicken from the pan and set aside
Step 4
• In a pan add 2 tbsp butter
• Add ½ cup onion, 6/7 cloves of garlic
• Fry until light brown
• Add chicken pcs and cook them for 5 minutes on medium heat
• Add 1 cup chicken stock
• Cook chicken for another 5 minutes on medium heat
• Add ½ cup heavy cream and cook for another 3 minutes on low heat
• When chicken is cooked add ½ tsp black pepper powder and ¼th tsp oregano powder
• Add parsley for garnish
