WW FREESTYLE WEEKLY MEAL PREP BUFFET STYLE| 0sp Taco Chicken Recipe + More!

A few meals I will be eating through out this week. For Breakfast I will be keeping it simple and eating fruit because when it get’s up to high 90’s in FL all I want is cold fruit in the morning. I made two really yummy lunch options one is higher in SP, and the other is 0SP WOO HOO! I like to give variety when it comes to Smart Points. I also made a really comforting dinner for the week my husband’s favorite is BBQ Meatloaf! I hope you enjoy 🙂

Breakfast:
I am having fresh fruit with boiled eggs.

Avocado toast

Snack:
Fruit
Good Thin crackers with Light Cheese

Lunch
TACO CHICKEN 0SP YES 0SP!
It makes 5 servings and if you use the amount of fat free cheese I use it comes out to be 0sp in the recipe builder.

2lbs Chicken Breast Tenderloins
1 can black beans
1 cup corn
1 cup white onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1 fresh roma tomato
4 tbsp taco bell sauce(0sp)
1 cup fat free cheddar cheese(2sp)
1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese(0sp)
salt n pepper, garlic powder

Add chicken to dish and top with seasonings and 2 tbsp taco bell sauce, then add the rest of the ingredients into a casserole dish, add cheese and extra 2 tbsp taco bell sauce to the top, then bake on 375 for 35 minutes.

Lunch #2
ASIAN STEAK BITES 4oz of steak bites is 5SP!
I use WW recipe builder for smart points.
Top Round Steak (17sp)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 white onion
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil (1sp)
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp asian red pepper flakes
salt n pepper

What to do:
Cut your beef into bite size pcs, cut your onion, add into a bowl together, then add all your ingredients together and mix well, cook in pan until crispy on edges and caramelized.

Dinner
BBQ MEATLOAF Made 7 servings and 1 serving is 4oz which is 6SP
2 packs of 93/7 lean ground beef (32oz) (42sp raw)
1/4 cup sugar free bbq sauce (into mixture) (1sp)
3 tbsp sugar free bbq sauce (added to the top) (0sp)
1/8 cup breadcrumbs (2sp)
1 egg
1/2 cup diced onion
salt n pepper, garlic powder

What to do:
Add our beef into your dish, add 1/4 cup bbq sauce, bread crumbs, 1 egg, onion, and seasonings, mix together well, bake on 425 1 hour, then half way thru cooking in oven take out and add additional 3 tbsp bbq sauce and continue to cook until done.
