Fitness Meals Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Crock Pot by Meadow Lunch / Dinner Meal Option

Hello! My name is Meadow and I’m a personal trainer in Seattle. I’m trying to share a little info that I think may help people reach their fitness goals.
We talk about the importance of nutrition all the time but the fact is; it tends to be way more boring than workout videos! I say, suck it up! Be patient and really try to learn about how to feed your body and it will pay off in spades.
I am starting my video series with what I eat. This works for me, right now! I am not a nutritionist! I’m only trying to share what works for me, and hopefully you can pull something from it to help you!

The Recipe:
1) 3lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (about $6 for a bag!)
2) 1 can diced green chilies (about 79cents)
3) 1 can Mexican Style diced tomatoes (about $1)
4) 1/2 teaspoon of each of the following:
Cumin, Garlic Powder, Cilantro, Paprika, Chili Powder (use dry, not fresh spices)
5) About a Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Crock Pot that sucker low 6-8 hours or high about 4-6 hours and enjoy!
