Here’s what you need: ✔️

1kg chicken breast mince
1 Onion (Saute – fine bits with 1 tbsp oil)
1 ground chilly (you can add more to make it spicy)
1 onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
Soya sauce
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp oil

? Marinate the Kheema for 30 mins to 4 hrs.
? Apply a teaspoon of oil while grilling the Seekh
? Apply a little bit of oil in your hands, take a small ball of the mixture and insert any type of skewer through it.
