WORKOUT
1. Bench Press 3×6
2. Dumbbell Incline Press 3×8
3. Dumbbell Chest Supported Rows 5×10
4. Dumbbell Overhead Extensions 3×10

6. Dumbbell Alternating Bicep Curl 5x15ea
