As You all know Our Bulking Series is going On . And This is our first month workout . We are Training Back and Biceps today . Complete workout for BULK . Day 2 – Tuesday . We are training our all body part twice a week SO this workout will be done on Tuesday and Friday . Tommorow We will train Shoulder and thighs.

Talking about reps and sets . Normally First we will do warmup and then Do 4 sets of every exercise . Reps is important as it inversely prapostional to weight . here we are doing Heavy workout so reps will be low . We will gradually increase weight and gradually decrease reps . Some of the particular isolation moments requries more reps .
