Thank you so much for revisiting my channel after my absence. I lot has changed and I go more in depth in the video. My mental health was suffering after years of tracking macros. My body image was awful, and I felt completely lost. I didn’t want to continue uploading fitness and diet related videos when I felt this way. That is not the example I want to be for young women. We are all beautiful and deserve to feel happy in our bodies. I eat and workout for that purpose and I encourage you do to the same.
