What’s for Dinner this week on WW  |  Easy Weekday Meals!

Shredded BBQ Chicken Casserole – 7 PP or 3 SP

Modifications made: Sugar Free BBQ sauce & reduced fat cheese

Lasagna Stuffed Chicken – 7 PP or 4 SP
Modifications made: Low fat cottage cheese, omitted egg, used Lite shredded mozzarella and thin provolone cheese

Chicken Cheesesteak Sliders – 3 PP (each slider) or 3 SP (each slider)

Taco Pizza
6 Servings
6 PP/6 SP

1 tube reduced fat crescent rolls
1 cup fat free refried beans
6 ounces of raw ground turkey
1 ounce tortilla chips
¼ cup salsa
1 cup reduced fat cheese
Shredded lettuce
Tomatoes

Roll out the crescent rolls onto a baking sheet. Pressing seams together to create one sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

Mix together fat free refried beans and salsa. Spread onto baked crust. Top with cheese. P)lace back into the oven for about 5 minutes until cheese melts. Top with desired toppings: I used lettuce, tortilla chips, tomatoes and avocado.
