Today I will show you all my vegetarian meals/snacks throughout the day, as well as the calories and protein for each meal. I’m rather easy going when it comes to my meals as long as they have an adequate amount of protein as I am a vegetarian, so I have to be aware of my protein intake. As you will see I have snacks everyday usually dark chocolate, but I am a sucker for “healthy” chips. I know personally if I don’t have some sort of treat each day then I am more likely to have a larger unhealthier treat later in the week so this kind of helps balance me out as I am a firm believer in everything in moderation. I hope you enjoy seeing exactly what I eat in a day!
