I am showing what I ate for dinner, which is an entree consisting of turkey breast tenderloin, which is a lean meat packed with protein. I’m also preparing jasmine rice in a way that packs in the flavor, but also reduces sodium content. And lastly, I’m preparing brussel sprouts in a fun and hassle free method that enhances its flavor!
