Weight Loss Foods Muscle Gain Tips Bodybuilding High Protein Recipe & Great Tasting Part #2 This is Part 2 Of this set This is a GREAT Recipe for Muscle Building Fat Burning and More Food than you coupd ever eat too much of..;-) Cooking Is a Favorite of Mine and Healthy eating is Very Key in my life. I have Lost an Awful lot of Fat / Weight just by Making sure that the foods that I eat are as Nutritious as possible. There are Many Choices When Cooking your Own Food I can Literally eat 3 X as Much Food At home with Less Fat Salt and Carbs and MORE Protein and Fiber For Less Money than ordering the Slop at My Local Fast food joint. Eating out has became the normal in life for most people and ANY of the Statistics and Data you look at is Staggering the Obesity level in the USA for the Last 7 Years I have done A Lot of Traveling to Europe and it is Amazing just how Different everything is Lifestyle Diet etc its all just different The Activity level Everything. America has forgotten how to Stay Healthy and all we do is eat whatever we are served. Now I don’t hug trees in My off time but I don’t Strip Forests either. I am not going to sit here and tell you You need to be a Vegan Or you should Be Vegetarian and eat only Soy and Tofu.. Naaaa That’s just Not where were going with this we are in fact Meat Eaters and makes us defiantly leaner and meaner if we use the proper meat. Beef, Pork, Organ Meats, Processed Sliced Meat All Bad for you in Large amounts even Deadly over time.. I was So Backed Up and Messed up from eating that Garbage for 32 years it was pathetic. I know for a Matter of Fact that Eating Healthier and coming up with ways to make my turkey taste more “Beef like” was Part of the Challenge cause All My Life All I ever ate was Pizzas and Cheeseburgers And I was Not in Paradise. I was in Hell I hated how Fat I got it was Embarrassing but I just Could not seem to control what I ate. Most of the Problem is being used of eating out Kinda like the people who Stand there and stare at the Menu at McDonalds A Lot of them Possibly ARE TRYING TO BE HEALTHY ILL BET! That’s HARD to Try and do with the Wrong food there actually is no way to do this. I tried throwing half the bun away splitting a meal with my X-Wife Eating Chicken there and On and On it don’t work You cant eat something that’s 350 Calories in 1/4 pound patty when You can Choose a better option for 120 Calories and about 1% of you total Fat for the day… and this Mix here is even Better Wee talking like 75-85 Calories per 1/4 Pound Seriously You eat a 1/2 Pound Burger I can eat about 2 and a Half POUNDS of his Meat mix for that! WOW Its No Joke you just Couldn’t do that If you eat 3 Dollar Burgers your looking at about 8 Pounds of this There is just No way to eat that daily You will SHRED weight and Become Leaner with this… If you are looking to Gain Muscle You WILL Gain MASS Muscle This Will Work As Well Or better than ANY Protein Shake on the Market!
