WEEKLY MEAL PREP FOR WEIGHT LOSS / CHICKEN TACO PASTA + LOW CALORIE CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKE BAKE

Chocolate chip pancake bake:
1 1/2 cup pancake mix
1 cup water
4 servings Lily’s chocolate chips
*Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until finished and golden brown
Bake in a 9X9 pan and split into 6 pieces. 155 calories per piece

Chicken Taco Pasta
1 lb chicken
1 cup black beans
1 cup corn
8 oz pasta
1/2 cup salsa
6 tbl queso
2 tsp taco seasoning
lettuce
*Cook pasta than add to corn, beans, salsa and queso. Split into 4 equal portions
*Cook chicken, add taco seasoning than spilt into 4 equal portions
Add lettuce before eating
**405 calories per portion
