Equipment: Medium Dumbbells, Heavy Dumbbells, Pylons *number of dumbbells needed will depend on your group size. You will need half the number of heavy and medium dumbbells for the number of clients in your class. Example: 12 clients = 6 medium dumbbells / 6 heavy dumbbells

This is my TRUE GRIT Explosive Strength Bootcamp. What is GRIT? By definition it’s perseverance of effort combined with the passion for a particular long-term goal or end state. I can’t think of a better name for this workout. When your crew applies their GRIT to this workout they will be feeling it! In Phase 3 we combine all out sprints with heavy weights to build up power, endurance, and explosive strength. I love these types of workouts. They push you to the limits mentally and physically.
