There are 7 Movements following Surf Training Secrets protocols of ABC. This acronym stands for Alignment – Base Stability – Core Strength & Endurance. A good idea is to add this into your surfing training as follows:

First Week Repeat 1 Round 3 x per week (9 Min per session)
Second Week Repeat 2 Rounds 3 x per week (18 Min per session)
Third Week Repeat 3 Rounds 3 x per week (27 Min per session)
