I’ve been so focused on dieting down slower this time to maintain my muscle size. I’ve done it successfully but I’m not shredded enough to step on stage in 4 weeks. I’m really fortunate that there’s another show 2 weeks later on Sat, April 9th – NPC Powerhouse Classic. So I’m 6 weeks out again!

RECIPE: Protein Pancakes 3 Ingredients Only
1 scoop Whey HD Vanilla Caramel
1 jumbo egg
3 jumbo egg whites
1 ripe banana

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix together until fully combined. Spray hot pan with olive oil spray or coconut oil. Pour pancake batter onto pan until it starts to bubble, flip it over, and viola! Serve with natural peanut butter (optional).

Nutrition Facts: 357 Calories, 45gm protein, 33gm carbs, 5gm fat

RECIPE: No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites

¾ cup fresh ground peanut butter
1.5 scoops Whey HD Banana Marshmallow
2 tbsp honey
1 Tbsp almond milk
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl except for chocolate chips. Mix together until fully combined. Roll into small balls. Roll balls in chocolate chips. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until firm. Recipe should yield 12 – 15 small balls.

Nutrition Facts: 248 Calories, 14gm protein, 16gm carbs, 8gm fat
