The fact of the matter is that nutrition is responsible for 90% of the results you get following any exercise program. There are three components that are necessary in order to achieve success with any muscle building or getting ripped program.

1. You must perform a strength building exercise program and you must include cardio workouts in order to shed body fat.

2. You must follow a diet or nutrition program that is high in protein and low in carbs and low in fat.

3. You must get adequate amount of rest in order for the muscles to grow at least eight hours per night.
