So, i started the series of intermittent fasting and today i am going to share what foods you should at to lose weight during your intermittent fasting.
A full diet plan for weight loss during intermittent fasting. It has been requested a lot of times so here it is.

INTERMITTENT FASTING DIET PLAN:
MORNING DRINK: ACV
BREAKFAST:(400 CALORIES)
OATS,UPMA,CHILLA, QUINOA ,SMOTHIES
WITH A GLASS OF MILK OR COFFEE/TEA

POST BREAKFAST: GREEN TEA + APPLE(OPTIONAL)

LUNCH:(350 CALORIES)
1ROTI
GREEN SABZI(PALAK/PEAS/MOOLI/METHI)
I BOWL DAL
CURD(SKIMMED)

EVENING SNACK:(100 CALORIES)
MAKHANA/NUTS/CHANA/PUFFED RICE

DIINER(350 CALORIES)
1 BOWL DAL/CHICKEN BREAST(100GMS)
PANEER/TOFU/SOYA
SALAD
