MY TIPS FOR HOW TO GET BACK ON TRACK + AB WORKOUT + some of my favorite healthy recipes!!

In this video I sit down with you and give you THREE of my tips for getting back or on track!! I also share with you my GO TO protein shake, as well as healthy shrimp tacos!! I also show you a QUICK BUT BURNER OF AN AB CIRCUIT!! I really hope you enjoy it and can benefit from it in some way!! HERES THE SHRIMP TACO RECIPE I USED (However, I didn’t make the mayo or slaw because i had my own mayo and i just topped them with onions, cilantro, and peppers)

MY GO TO PROTEIN SHAKE:

A handfull of ice
A handfull of spinach
One banana
Scoop of Vital Proteins collagen protein
Scoop of Alaninu Chocolate plant based protein powder
One spoon-full of Almond butter
One spoon-full of chia seeds
Almond milk, oatmilk or water to the desired consistency!

AND BLEND!♡

THE QUICK AB WORKOUT:

NO REST ONLY REST 10-20 seconds in between if needed! ONCE THROUGH

Reverse crunches, 20 reps
Side plank, 30 sec each side
Russian twists, 20 reps
Weighted flutter kicks, 20 reps
Bent knee supine oblique twists, 20 reps
Mountain climbers, 20 reps.

Should only take about five minutes! NO EXCUSES! ♡
