?MASS BUILDING SHOULDERS – 3D DELTOIDS MADE EASY!

The key to a MASS BUILDING shoulder workout is utilizing all 3 of the muscle building mechanisms! It is also essential to work all three heads of the Deltoid muscle.

Shoulder Anatomy:
1. Anterior Deltoid (front head of the shoulder)
2. Lateral Deltoid (side head)
3. Posterior Deltoid (rear head of the shoulder)

These 7 dumbbell exercises work every head of the shoulders, giving you those SICK Boulder Shoulders!

Remember that muscles grow in only 3 ways, so if you are trying to get big deltoids you need to train them in these 3 mechanisms!

1. Mechanical overload – this means lifting heavy with your shoulders and putting more overload on them.

2. Mechanical Tension – Think time under tension and maximum muscle pump with your shoulders. You can do this each workout and guarantee yourself BOULDER SHOULDERS!
