(Level 1.5) 4 min Super Workout for Beginners

A super workout routine for every Beginners who wants to burn fat fast! This routine is do-able for most newbies, yet it can be a challenging one if you push yourself throughout the entire workout.

To bring up the challenge: speed up each rep but don’t forget to always maintain good form!

Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.

I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity. I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard.
