After more than a year of development with Tyen, we’re excited to introduce you to the NO SWEAT APP!

Every workout programme is tailored to your fitness goal and doesn’t require any gym equipment, so you can work out in the comfort of your own home! There are high-quality workout tutorials for every exercise, so you’ll know what to look out for when working out. Keeping close to Tyen’s philosophy as a personal trainer, we’ve also included a Workout Log where you can keep track of you how you feel after every workout, how much stronger you’re getting, and your physical transformation throughout the weeks.

– The ability to send your progress photos, notes and questions to Tyen for a fitness assessment, and she will personally reply you.
