HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in your fridge for 4-5 days.
2. After that, freeze the meals, then take out the night before you plan to eat one and thaw in the fridge.
2. Reheat in a covered saute pan for a few minutes or eat cold… or put in your Hot Logic!

INGREDIENTS are to make 8 MEALS: But you can easily double or triple these ingredients to make more!

1200g raw chicken breast
1200g raw sweet potato
800g raw broccoli (about 3 heads)
10 tbsp olive oil
3-4 tbsp of mixed Italian herbs
1 tsp tumeric
Salt and pepper to taste
(Feel free to use whichever spices you’d prefer)
