This recipe video is especially for my subscribers and friends who are vegetarian and struggle to find healthy vegetarian meals options which are high in protein. Keeping one’s body fit, the food we eat plays an important role. Until and unless you have a balanced diet you won’t get the desired results. This leads to having high-protein healthy meals by as everyone knows those who are vegetarian have much lesser options available for themselves.

Soya Granules (50 g)
Low-Fat Cottage Cheese/ Paneer (50 g)
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
1 Chopped Cucumber
Salt and Spices to taste
2 Finely Chopped Green Chilies
Fresh Spinach Leaves

Macros
Protein – 61 g
Carbs – 75 g
Fats – 25 g
