This channel is long overdue for a recipe video. As promised, I will continue to make “Plant Based” recipes for all types of diet plans regardless of fitness goal. Anyone will any experience level of cooking can make a simple and easy meal like this. This is still a staple in my diet due to the high nutritional value and the high protein content from plants alone. I hope you guys enjoy this simple recipe and keep making ALL TYPES OF GAINS!!!

Ingredients:

– 400g of white rice (dry)
– 225g of Red Lentils (dry)
– 2 servings of frozen green peas
– 2 servings of frozen corn
– Salt (season to taste)
– Pepper (season to taste)
– Tumeric (1/4 tsp)
– Curry Powder (1/4 tsp)
– 1 tsp of tomato paste
– 1 tsp of vegetable bouillion
