WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO LOSE FAT || RECIPES || MUSCLEFOOD

What I used from Musclefood:

Powdered Peanut Butter:
Prutella:

Protein Bread:

Ratatouille Mix:

Turkey Bacon:

Lavash Bread:

Turkey Breast Mince:

Chicken Breast Mince:

Now for the recipes:

Cookie Dough Recipe:
100g Oats
30g Dates
Pinch of Salt
24g PPB
8-g egg whites
Blend all the dry ingredients together for 5-10s and add egg whites bit by bit until the mixture forms a thick doughy texture

PPB and Prutella on Protein Bread:
1tbsp PPB and 1-2tbsp milk of choice or water to mix
15g Prutella Salted Caramel
1 slice of protein bread
Mix the PPB and liquid and spread onto bread.

Turkey Bacon and Ratatouille Wrap (serves 2):
1tsp coconut oil/any oil
500g Ratatouille mix
1 can chopped tomato
Mixed herbs
1 stock cube with 100ml water
1tbsp tomato puree (optional)
6 rashers Turkey Bacon
2 lavash breads

Add the coconut oil to grease the pan. Add the vegetables and cook for 5-10mins until soft. Then add the chopped tomatoes, mixed herbs and the stock cube with water. Leave on medium heat for 10minutes to thicken. Add tomato puree if you like. Heat a griddle to high heat and cook the turkey rashers 1-2 minutes each side. Serve both the ratatouille and turkey on the lavash bread.

Lean Mince Burgers and Sweet Potato:
300g Turkey Mince
1 onion chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp coconut oil
1 large sweet potato (500g)
Salt and Cinnamon to flavour the sweet potato

Chop the sweet potato into wedges and rub in coconut oil, salt and cinnamon. Bake for 40 minutes at 180C in a fan oven. Mix the mince with the onion and garlic. Heat a pan and add 1tsp coconut oil to grease the pan. Roll the mince meat into balls and add to the pan. Cook for 7-8 minutes on each side. Serve with the potatoes and add some salad to garnish.
