welcome everyone this is ani ray from muscle clinic.
in this episode will learn healthy protein tacos in ani ray style.
Ingredients:-
1. Multigrain flour .
2.oregano
3.clilli flex
4.black pepper
5.pink sea salt
6.olive oil
7. Garam masala
8. Onion
9.garlic
10.coriander leaves
11. Baking powder
12. rajma

method. soak the rajma n boil then grind it well take a frying pan put olive oil put onion n garlic fry till get brown then add rajma salt oregano, chilli flakes garam masala, black pepper ,coriander leaves mix it well then make the dow add oregano & baking powder make then make a taco bread stuff the stuffing , oil brush then in pre heated oven bake in 180’c for 10 min have ur tacos with salsa dip..
