Veg Vs Non-Veg Which is Better?

Nowadays, we hear many people moving towards veggies – from celebrities to models and to many health enthusiasts. For years there has been a constant debate about whether the vegetarian diet is healthy and helps to lose weight. A vegetarian diet can be divided into three parts, that is – the general vegetarian, vegetarian lacto and vegetarian lacto-ovo. A pure vegetarian diet includes fruits, nuts, vegetables, fruits, cereals and legumes. The lacto vegetable diet contains milk products such as milk, butter, cheese, etc., and vegetable food.

A non-vegetarian diet also has some health benefits because this type of food is rich in protein and vitamin B. Non-vegetarian food strengthens our muscles and helps them grow faster. It also helps maintain body endurance and hemoglobin.

A non-vegetarian diet that mainly includes meat, fish, eggs and milk food is a good source of protein. However, proteins can also be found in cereal, nuts and pulses, but these protein sources are not complete.

Meat, chicken and fish together with eggs, protects our body from excessive cold weather during the winter. Eggs and fish give us the essential vitamins, proteins, nutrients and minerals that are good for your overall health.
