Our workout:
*Have minimal rest while doing the entire workout*

– 5 min walk on treadmill to warm up
– 5 x 30sec sprints/20sec rest

(circuit time)
35sec/15sec rest
exercise #1: Burpee’s
exercise #2: Dumbell star jumps
exercise #3: Heavy kettlebell swings
exercise #4: Heavy deadball slams
(repeat circuit 4 times)

*Repeat the Sprints at the beginning of the Workout*

Super set: 30sec/15 rest
– Ropes
– Mountain Climbers
x 4 rounds
