Easy Chicken Bodybuilding Recipe | Sautéed Shrimp with Broccoli & Pan Seared Chicken Breast ?

Complete Recipe:-
Serves 2
Preparation 5-10 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes for both dishes combined

Ingredients for both the dishes:
* Broccoli- 200g (wash with warm water for quick cooking)
* Peeled Carrot- 150g
* Shrimp- 10 medium sized (cut into pieces)
* Chicken Breast- 400g (trim the fat)
* Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
* Salt and Pepper to taste
* Chicken Masala (to season the chicken breast)
* Cumin Powder (only if you like Cumin as much as I do…)
* Ginger & Garlic Paste (Juice in my case, cause that’s what you get in China)

Recipe:
1. Sautéed Shrimp with Broccoli & Carrots
* Heat the pan up and add 2 tablespoons of either coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil
* Then add whole cumin seeds to the oil
* Once the cumin seeds are almost brown add the broccoli and let it cook until medium brown
* Then add the sliced carrots along with the shrimp pieces
* Now add the 1 tablespoon of Ginger & Garlic Paste/Juice respectively
* Season with Salt & Pepper as per taste
* Stir them with a bit of water and let them cook for 5-7 minutes
* Once cooked keep aside

2. Pan Seared Chicken Breasts (3 Pieces)
* Season the chicken breasts with salt & pepper on all sides
* Now coat the breasts with Chicken Masala evenly
* Heat the pan up with 4 tablespoons of either coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil
* Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook one side for 3-4 minutes
* Then flip each breast and add 1 more tablespoon of oil to the pan
* Cover the pan with a lid and let the chicken breasts cook for 10-12 minutes
* Now remove the lid and flip the breasts again, to cook for another 2 minutes
* The Chicken Breasts are now ready to serve along with the Sautéed Shrimps
