Dr.Dixit diet plan for weight loss:

Morning drink: apple cider vinegar water

meal 1:
2full eggs + 1 egg white plus 2 slices of multigrain bread
after 20 mins
1 katori dal
1 bowl greens
salad
curd

1hr post meal 1
green tea

meal 2:
weight loss coffee(refer my summer diet plan )
after 10 mins of having coffee

150gms grilled paneer/chicken/fish
i teaspoon ghee
1 katori dal
salad
do not avoid salad as the diet may give constipation in the beginning.

night drink:
jeera water/green coffee
