verb

undertake a course of exercise and diet in order to reach or maintain peak physical fitness in preparation for a specific sport or event.

“he trains three times a week”

synonyms: exercise, do exercises, work out, get into shape, practise, prepare.

So today’s video is pretty short. Not a whole hell of a lot to say, to be honest.

The training session was long as balls and I end up training 90 min per day.

Apparently its ok as long as I get my Macros in as well as BCAAs and Glutamine.

What do I know…

Back and Triceps day today. Not a fan of back training, however, love training Triceps.

That being said, I smashed the Stairmaster in its face today! Level 3 baby!

So went for a body scan called InBody and it pretty much measures everything in your body.

Things like water uptake, fat percentage, protein, minerals, bone density, muscle weight, the whole shebang!

In retrospect, I should have done this 4 weeks ago, but hey… this is a start.

Will do another one on 8 June to compare.

Should be interesting.
