A quick cook with me video. I cooked this again and used Fresh ingredients and BABAY, LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS SO GOOD. Using frozen was good, but FRESH STUFF WAS GUUOUUUD. i love food, 🙂 but im trying to find healthier versions to all my favorite foods

General idea of what i used (made 3 servings) as side dish
1 large egg
4 tbsp of the cooking wine
1 pack of seafood packer
1 serving of the peas n carrot
2 cups of the cauliflower
3oz of shrimp

?Excuses are only good for those who use them. And im tired of using them to stop me from doing things positive and self motivating for me. I CAN DO THIS, YOU CAN DO THIS, WE CAN DO THIS.
