In this video I show you how to Meal Prep a Cajun favorite of mine. Jambalaya. This is is a high protein meal prep – is loaded with Chicken, Sausage and Shrimp. This is not something I eat regularly but its a great way to kick up a mundane meal prep cycle. If you have the macros to fit this into your day then try it. This was so good. You could substitute the rice for cauliflower rice to further reduce the carb intake. Even though each serving was just a little over 1/2 cup of rice. Meal 1: Cajun Jambalaya – Chicken, Sausage and Shrimp

(Cauliflower Rice can be substituted for rice.You can omit the Sausage to reduce fat intake)
