Body Weight Home Workout Equipment – What I Recommend

I recently started training Curtis at his home, but he had no equipment … so I brought a few body weight training accessories with me including: Jungle Gym Suspension Straps, Equalizer Paralletes (Dip Bars), stability ball, door mounted chin up bar, and a few other things. I was able to design a progressive and challenging program for him using only these accessories and body weight exercises. He ended up getting most of the equipment himself, and overall it cost less than $400 in total, which is pretty decent for a basic home gym start-up!

Certain challenging exercises such as chin ups and dips may need to be progressed (using band-assistance, etc) but I wanted to share this workout to give others some ideas for setting up something simple and effective in their own homes.
