Here’s a quick fat burning couple workouts to anyone who has indulged in a little too much chocolate this easter .
Take a friend or partner and try this booty workouts using each other for resistance.
6 minutes six pack abs workout day DONE.
This workout was quite advanced to get through the whole 6 minutes workout without stopping .
1 minute each exercise ✅ crunches
✅ leg raise
✅ flutter kicks
✅ elbow to knee
✅ ankle touch ✅ high knees
If you’re looking to grow a particular muscle group faster, mix it up and introduce some Eccentric/Negative training to your programs.
This allows you to lift, eccentrically, 30 to 40 percent more weight then what you could normally handle (concentrically), this will allow you to recruit more muscle fibres to tear in order to grow .A standard negative session is getting your spotting partner to push against the resistance when you are slowly lowering it. If you do not have a spotting partner then use equipment that you can push or pull the weight with double arms or legs and slowly lover with single arm/leg movements down.
