*Here is the muscle building tuna recipe*
Ingredients:
2 tuna cans
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
paprika
turmeric
2 oranges
How to cook:
1) open the tuna cans and rinse the water from them
2) heat up a pan & let the coconut oil melt
3) lower the temperature & put the tuna in the pan
4) add in the paprika & turmeric (as much as you want)
5) mix everything in & squeeze the oranges on top
6) raise the temperature & add more spices to it if you want
7) let it cook & absorb all the orange juice
8) serve on top of spinach or any green vegetable & enjoy
*This should take you about 15-20 min to make* simple, fast & delicious
