Cable belt squat 3 x 10 reps
Double banded hip thrust 3 x 15-20 reps
Banded kneeling squat 3 x 15-20 reps
Abduction machine 3 x 20-30 reps
Reverse sled drag w/ mini band 3 minutes (keep walking till the time’s up)
Lateral sled drag w/ mini band 2 minutes (each side)
