Howdy.

How are ya?

Hey have you tried, or been inclined to try, any one of the numerous fad diets out there to try and lose some fat?

Whether keto, fasting, plant based, south beach, you name it.

I even saw one where you had to drink lemon water and howl at the moon at 2am.. Yea, crazy s***.

Anywho, have you wondered why there are SO MANY?

And what makes each one different than the other?

Why do some work for some and not others. Hell Why do they work at all?

All great questions.. And something I have the answer to.

You are probably sick of me saying it already.. 

BUT, calorie deficit.

That literally is it. That is the only reason people see results on any one of these diets.

There is no magic, there is no secrets, there is nothing crazy about them.

The only crazy thing would be the actual “diet” itself, as opposed to you just starting habits to just learn how to eat.

So you don’t have to “diet” ever again.

I just did a whole YouTube video on a few of these fad diets, break down why they work, what about them causes the deficit.

Then went into things to think about before starting them.

Hope this helps a lot of you out there. And or send it to someone you know who is thinking about maybe doing one of these diets.

I promise it will make them think twice ;).
