WHAT’S IN MY GYM BAG? 6 MUST HAVES For My Workouts (2019 Updated)

My list of gym bag must-haves goes:

1. Headphones – A pair of really good headphones is a must to really fire up in the gym. Especially if your gym is always playing really loud rock music. Do you feel me?

2. Wrist straps – Is a must when you’re going for the big weights in the heavy exercises. I often feel me small hands loses the grip when going up in the weights. The straps will do the job for you!

3. Resistance band – A resistance band, or as this one is called, the loop band, is perfect for warming up your legs and glutes. But it also works really good to use during exercises to get that extra burning target in your glutes!

4. Weightlifting belt – my best friend when I want to heavy in for example squats or deadlifts. This belt helps me stabilize my core in order to be able to put more weight and pressure on my muscle. Perfect when you want to challenge yourself and reach the next level

5. A bottle of water – This is underrated! And it’s easy to forget to drink water during our workouts. But it is so needed, we need to rehydrate. Always have a bottle of water or BCAA with you during your gym sessions.

6. A hair scrunchie – Much needed if you don’t want your hair to be in the way. This get’s my focus off every time! Always need a scrunchie with me when working out.
