WEIGHT LOSS TIPS: For overall health it’s super important to eat a whole food vegan diet. By whole food I mean minimally processed and unrefined. If you have weight to lose you will lose it eating this way. Don’t worry about counting calories or protein, just make sure you eat enough food so that you feel nourished and satisfied. If you feel hungry, eat food. Simple as that!

From there you can include specific exercises to reach certain fitness goals. My daily fitness routine includes: 1-3 miles walking every morning and yoga. Throughout the week I also include the stairs shown in the video, HIIT (especially if I’m short on time), and hiking.
