i’ve been seriously loving my london mornings this last month ! i feel so much more relaxed and happy, at the same time as being hella productive !

there’s something about morning routine videos, right ? if you’re nosy like me, i think you’re going to enjoy this one on what i do in the morning to start my day off on the right foot !

cold porridge recipe:
300ml oats (i like scottish)
1600ml water
cook for a loooong time, until runny but not watery.
chill in fridge overnight or until firm.
mix with apples, banana, berries, basil, and walnuts.
oh and don’t forget the ‘healthy’ sprinkle of cinnamon !
( i also love adding bitter almond extract, but that’s totally optional. )
