Hey you, thanks for stopping by! In this super long video, I take you through my day and show you everything that I eat on a typical day. I forgot to take my supplements this day (d’oh!) but most days I also I take B12, Calcium, Vitamin D, Iron and Biotin with my lunch!
This video became quite lengthy because I included all of the recipes but I feel like if I have any younger adults who may or may not be living on their own, these could be of use! I remember living in Ottawa for a year and missed my parents’ home cooked Tamil food so much and wished I knew how to cook some of these dishes and maybe this can inspire you to do the same! I am definitely not a pro when it comes to Tamil cuisine, but my parents have been kind enough to take me under their wings and teach me their ways.
