WHAT I EAT IN A DAY ON KETO| EASY KETO RECIPES| KETO GROCERY HAUL | KETO LIFESTYLE

Hey You guys!! Welcome back to another what I eat wednesday where I take you all through a full day of keto meals and show you simple recipes to make keto eating easier when you have family members who are not keto. I have cream cheese keto pancakes for breakfast, a keto sandwhich for lunch & keto chicken Parmesan for dinner. I will have the recipes listed below!

Cream Cheese pancakes: blend together 4 eggs & 4 oz cream cheese

Keto chicken parm bake: slow cook chicken thighs for 6-8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
shred chicken meat and season with salt pepper garlic and onion powder. add italian seasonings. place in casserole dish and top with tomato sauce. Top that with mozzerella and parmesean cheese & place crushed pork rinds on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 425. Broil the last few minutes for a golden brown top!
