Hey Guys,

Welcome back to my channel! 🙂 I listened to all your feedback and included all calories and macros in this video. I personally don´t count calories on a daily basis but love to check myself once in a while, just to know where I stand. That way I can keep track of my diet and if its out of balance I incorporate more carbs, fats, protein depending on what I need.

Buuut remember, not every day has to be perfect.? I much prefer to look at a WHOLE WEEK of food instead of just one day. My cravings also change depending on the season, I eat more juicy fruits in the summer and more dates, dried fruits & healthy fats during winter. 🙂

Hope you also enjoyed the mini kitchen tour. Since we had a robbery in our old apartment last year I became extra cautious with what I show on social media, thats why I can´t do a full apartment tour.?? but at least you got a little sneak peek of the kitchen hehe.:)
